For more than 30 years, La Punta has been manufacturing automotive solutions for both private cars and commercial vehicles. All our cables are designed and prototyped to comply with strict functionality and reliability criteria.

Design, prototyping, manufacturing and testing
FEASIBILITY
Our technical department performs a feasibility study to determine the existing conditions and needs, as well as the technical and functional specifications of each solution. This preliminary examination makes it possible to deliver high-quality solutions within the agreed time and budget.
ASSEMBLY
The manufacturing process is carried out thanks to modern, cutting-edge machinery that ensure high accuracy and repeatability. After manufacturing, assembly transforms individual components into a fully customised product.
PROTOTYPING
The duration of the feasibility study can vary, ranging from 6 to 12 months. This study is of crucial importance as it allows to highlight potential weaknesses as well as areas for improvement. If necessary, our technicians can also provide valuable co-design support.
TESTING
Final tests are performed on all cables to assure high standards of quality and performance. The control method is versatile and adjustable depending on the product type. The test ends with the realease and application of an adhesive label.
